And do you know any online cite or live program that we can joint all of us together, can you please suggest for the best way to gather more than one, because what I will do is to post a topic

No I do not have, but can more than one person meet and talk through Skype in one time.
Because I guess if we can meet in site look like a chat room that support the voice then it will be great.

Then we can start with either cardiology, infectious disease or Any topic at your convenience ( all of you )
I am sure that it will be very valuable informative for all
