AOA/ACGME Accreditation

i've been browsing at different programs for both allo and osteo residency programs and i'm not quite sure what the disadvantage would be if i select a program which is only singly accredited (AOA OR ACGME). folks, there arent a lot of programs out there that are dually accredited and if there are, most of them at in primary care. any thoughts?
