How important is your AOA status for radiology? I mean, does it help if you are AOA and does it hurt if you're not? I don't know if rads is one of those specialties in which AOA matters.

Not essential, but helpful, esp if you want an academic program. Soem progarms use AOA status as a screen (I have heard this about Wake Forest). So put down if you were nominated even if you did not get it.

I don't think that there's an actual option to mention if you were nominated for AOA or not. It just asks you if

1. you are AOA
2. AOA is decided at your school after the match
3. you are not AOA

I guess you could mention that you were nominated in the awards section of eras.
