Aortic arch Baroreceptors...confusion!!!

Can someone clear this:

Aortic arch baroreceptors respond to high or low BP? or only high BP? It used to be only high BP in previous edition of First aid..and now they changed it to both high and low BP??

I'd highly appreciate it!!

Aortic arch receptors respond both to high and low pressures, but they are more sensitive to high pressure. (Constanzo physiology)
