I had a patient yesterday complaining of a tumor in the anterior region of the maxilla related to the canine ( partial resorption of the root ) and the biobsy was diagnosed as adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, is the tumor recurrent ?
and is there any possiblity that malignancy might occur?
another female patient came with a gingival tumor in the lower anterior region displacing one of the later centrals, the patient is not pregnant and has np history of hormonal disturbances?
what do you think the diagnosis might be ?
