I took AP American History in high school and my university gave me 10 units of credit. Do I need to note this on my application?

Thanks

You can if you want to, but since it's not a med school requirement, it may not get you much. Although some schools do want to see some social science and/or humanities credits, and this might count toward that.

Yes.
There is an option (in the AMCAS application) which you can use to specify that these credits are from your AP Classes. These credits wont affect your GPA in any way whatsoever. However, most schools do wanna know about all thge college level work that you have attempted.
