I'm guessing this question has been asked before somewhere, but if anyone could give me just a quick answer, that would be great. I'm trying to figure out how to list my AP credit from high school, and the first problem I have is what year and semester to put it down as. Since I did the work during high school, the right years (maybe 1997 or 1998) aren't even listed on the application...so should I just put the first year I started university?

Thanks!

Oh, I just read on a past thread that it should be listed under fall semester freshman year, at least that's how it was last year...is that still true?

Even if it is, I still have a problem...I have a pretty complicated school history...I did a semester at a community college first and started at my current school in the summer. So maybe I should put the AP credit under this first summer semester at the school I'm graduating from?

Sorry...it's kind of complicated! Thanks...

Enter it into the school where they counted toward your graduating credit total, in your first semester there.

So regardless of where you went before, you have to receive credit for it to be able to count it in your college work. The school that you're about to graduate from decides whether they count, so list them there I think.

Yeah, I listed them like it was listed on my transcript. So basically I listed them on my undergraduate school, before I listed all of my classes...seems to have worked out fine.

Hope this helps! 🙂🙂
