If I transfer AP credits for certain courses, is there a GPA assigned to that transferred credit? Or is it only for the purpose of meeting credits?
If AP credits are indeed just college credits(no grades), would it be wise to waive all the introductory courses where I could easily achieve an A (raise sGPA) than to jump immediately into courses such as, Genetics, Biochem, or Orgo?
I realize being able to even transfer credits should indicate that I am ready for higher level courses. But for the sake of a strong GPA here, would waiving all the intro courses (General Chem, Bio, Phys) be preferable?
