Available July 2017. This is a very spacious and affordable room in a shared 2BR apartment. I was in NY for a single rotation, now my time here ends. – BEST EXPERIENCE EVER – landlord & wife incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. They take care of practically everything for you. Only 1 roommate so you don't have to deal with distractions and noise like other landlords that have more than 1 student.
Commute to Lutheran is quick and easy. 20 min walk in a safe area or quick ride on the subway. There is also a bus on the corner that drops you 1 block form Lutheran (7 min bus ride) Other area hospitals easily reachable via metro – R station is one block away. Shops, laundry, restaraunts, and entertainment 1/2 block away. Stores are open until 1 am so you can safely order or even walk to get some food nearby. Block is a tree lined street. This apartment is located in a very safe and quiet block, much safer area than near Lutheran.
