I am looking to rent a bedroom in a Bayridge 3BR from September through May with a chance to take over the entire rental after that point. The rent is $850 plus 1/2 utilities. The apartment is on the second floor in a nice, safe, quiet neghborhood. I am a female 4th year SGU medical student who will be living there as well for that time period. The apartment is fully furnished; the bedroom and closet for rent are NOT furnished. The space is excellent with 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a sunporch, living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms (one of which is being used as storage). The place is close to all Brooklyn clinicals, especially Maimo, Lutheran, Coney and Methodist. It is ten minutes by foot to the N/R train and one minut to the express bus to Manhatten. There is a great park for running/walking only one block away! Also, the apartment and neighborhood is dog friendly.
