Hello, I am a LPC Supervisor in Tx. THE BOARD is meeting to contemplate acceptance of my intern's direct/indirect hours she earned the last few years. She and I both were not aware at the time (3 years ago) of the site change form that they require when an intern changes sites, and we did not turn it in. It was an honest mistake and oversight. She and I both have the option to speak at the committee hearing, but are wondering what to expect. Has anyone gone through this, and if so, what was the outcome? These hours count towards 2/3 of her total hours, and she is only 100 hours away from completing her internship. Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you so much.
