Hi. I have a question regarding the filling of the application forms. Application forms should be filled with which coloured pen, blue or black? Is it ok to use either of the two. In our country we used to fill forms with blue pen but I am not sure of States. Plz reply soon, I will appreciate that.

u can use any of the one ... some times they specify to use black.. so use black preferably
