Hello, I know there have been a few old threads about this topic, but I am seeking some up-to-date advice regarding my ERAS application not being complete until today. For some reason, I did not realize my transcript was not uploaded into the system. I have no good excuse. My mentor at my school has suggested contacting each individual program to let them know my application is now complete, in case they downloaded applications on September 15th and might overlook mine as a result. Is this the best course of action? Thank you for the insight!

Your question has been answered a dozen or so times in the last week alone (in regards to transcripts, LORs, the fallacy of a "complete" application, etc). There is nothing to do now. Your mentor is being ridiculous. Please do not listen to him/her.
