My application has been processed, and supposedly sent to all my schools. Problem is there are no transmission dates listed. What gives?

i called and asked the same thing - they aren't "offically" sent to the schools until July8. however, a condensed version of your app (probably gpa, mcats vitals) are sent so they can send out secondaries every week. so you should start recieving secondary stuff before its "transmitted" according to her.

  4. How long did it take for your application to be processed? I submitted on the 13th and my status is still "active". What are the possible statuses (or stati) that AMCAS gives and how long can one expect to be in each? Thanks.

I applied last October and some of my transmission dates still don't show up. It's not a big deal--amcas will still be transmitted to schools.

Instead of a 50K file they will send a 10K? Come on, bandwith isn't that expensive, and its already processed and ready to go - or else they wouldn't send the mini-app....

    no,no,
AMCAS has to print them first and then to "transmit" via snow dog mail to schools.

It might have been done sooner, but for the week I couldn't access my application because I got an error message. I'm not sure about the various states of being the application can exist in...anyone?
