DON'T!
I did it last year and was rejected two months later. It took them a little over a month to get my app complete and reject me in two months. For this application cycle, I applied in mid August and received an interview offer in October for January. So it usually takes them two months to determine if you are given an interview and if you do get an interview, lets say end of February, you will most likely interview in March. By then, very few are accepted, most likely because the class is full. Look at the link to see the timeline I made.
