I am wondering if there is any legal issues with double coverage i.e. becoming a member of two different Medical Indemnity Insurers (Medical Defence Organisations)? Any pitfalls?
I have read the different indemnifiers product disclosures and I have a better feeling if I am insured with two of them at the same time in order to have double insurance.
