Applying for Fall 2015 can I take prerequisites Fall 2014 semester?

Dear SDNers,

I found out many Dental Schools now require Biochem as a prerequisite. I am applying for the 2014-2015 cycle so I was wondering if I can take a prerequisite like Biochem in the Fall 2014 semester and still be okay to apply to the schools.

I certainly hope so! I'm taking biochem then, too, and also applying this coming cycle. From what I understand, it's okay if not all prerequisites are completed by the time you apply or are even accepted. But they must be completed by the time you begin D school.
