Applying for medical training in the Netherlands

Can anyone tell me what the process is of applying for medical training in the Netherlands? I am an EU citizen but did his medical schooling in a non-EU hospital. I am currently learning Dutch. I am not sure, however, if the Netherlands has a certain committee that assesses for equivalency of one's medical diploma, and if such has to be done first prior to applying for medical training there in any teaching hospital.

Also, what are the minimum requirements for applying for medical training? I am interested in internal medicine, by the way.
