Applying this cycle and taking one pre-requisites during summer 2017???

I'm in a bit of a jam. I'm applying this cycle and I have to take a pre-req class next summer because I studied abroad this past winter. How likely will I still get into schools? It would be physics II that I have to take, but if I get admitted into University of Kentucky, it would be anatomy & physiology II (they no longer require physics I and II, yay!)
I already sent an email for summer course approval for UK and I'm just waiting on a response.
What other pharmacy schools allow you to complete pre reqs in the summer prior to classes starting?
