Applying to school with re-take PCAT?

I was wondering if anyone knows if I am applying for pharm school and I am re-taking the PCAT for Oct. because I felt I did horribly, should I apply without the scores or should I wait 1 month before the OCt. testing and apply??? I didn't want it to be to late??? Also I know that U of Minnesota needed a 3.0 to even qualify for adcom to look at my scores and grading so I was taking re-taking organic I and calculus in the fall, and organic II in the spring should I apply now or should I wait til the end of the semster because if I know I did really well in these classes with a 2.82 now,I should be able to get a 3.0 GPA???suggestions

I applied even with my first scores which i felt were not so great (70% composite) and got an interview. I was planning to retake it in Oct anyway, and wasn't expecting an interview with that score, so i would so go for it!
