Approach to out of hospital post cardiac arrest patient in ICU

I was wondering what management should be offered to optimize outcomes for out-of hospital cardiac arrest after ROSC ? any recommended must-do lab work and initial work-up ? which level of hypothermia ?
Also, what do you guys look for in the initial neurologic exam ?

Seriously though, theres lots of literature on TH out there. read over it and you will answer your own question.

Only after the er gives their standard 200mg of versed and 2mg of fentanyl along with a nimbex chaser to improve my neuro exam.
