Acadental Endo Module (MODUPRO) for WREB

• adjustable hinged articulator
• “magnetic quick release” sextants
• 5 sextants currently mounted (UR, UL, LL, LA, LR)
• Upper Anterior sextant will need to be replaced (it was used during exam April 2012)
• 1 extra sextant (UL)
• 2 extra sextants with mounted natural teeth and conventional x-rays (these were my back-up teeth but never needed) --- stored in wet paper towel inside Ziploc bag, mounted per WREB instructions on 04/25/2012

- #31 mounted – planned to access and obturate D canal



- #22 mounted – single canal

• 2/3 tube of fixing gel remaining with automix tip
• 2 containers of apex putty (I recommend mounting with red wax at apex)
• Opti-X with 2mm sphere (for digital radiographs)
• professional aluminum carrying case
