Are AAMC I and II worth doing?

With only a few days left to study, I still have not done AAMC I and II because of what I have read on these forums. They say that these two tests are too easy and too generous on the scoring... Is this true? and even if it is true, is it still useful to do? What do the rest of you guys think, AAMC I and II worth doing or not?

yeah,, I want to know how difficult their verbal is compared to the other aamcs.

the wisdom, from people who know much better than me, is that you should not be doing ANY full-lengths this close to the test. Focused review on weak areas; practice questions; nothing heavy or intense.
