Hey everyone, I was just wondering if being an Afghan is considered a minority, and if so does it increases my chances of geting accepted.

Better chance based on race... discrimination? I would ask at your interviews, however.

I think you should just do well in your classes and on the DAT and stop worrying about URM status giving you an advantage over the other applicants.
