You apply a year in advance. So if you're intending to go into pharmacy school for 2016, you apply in 2015, so this is literally the time to start doing your PHARMCAS. Also look into the pharmacy school you're applying because each have their own deadlines and interview dates.

The PharmCAS Fall 2016 cycle was open during July of 2015 (it opens during the summer one year prior to the fall of enrollment).
