Are disadvantaged applicants considered minorities at most medical schools?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Completely 2 different things.
URM (AA, Hispanics), MCAT 500 --> can get into many medical schools.
ORM (Burmese, Laos, Malaysian, Cambodian, East Timor, etc.), disadvantaged (EO1, newly immigrant, ESL, full time job when studying, bla bla), MCAT 500 -->NONE accepted.
So disadvantaged =/= minorities

Since English is not my first language and I was not born in the US yet I'm Hispanic. Would I still be considered as an URM?

What community do you represent? And please don't say "Brooklyn".
Not all Hispanics are URM, but Spanish language skills are always appreciated.
