I got a B in Calculus II that brought my GPA down. My science GPA is a 4.0 not counting that B in calculus. I got that B because I was just bored with the material, not because I didn't understand it!

Do all schools count Math towards your science GPA? Which schools do and which schools don't?

As others have said, yes, they count. But a 3.9 is hardly something to be upset about! :)
