Are radiographs on step 1 mostly chest radiographs?

I have a Felson's book for radiology which I read this weekend. The books if of course only chest x-rays. I wanted to ask if I should buy another radiology book (blueprints radiology maybe) for other x-ray questions? Would that just be a waste of money?
