Are the Khan Academy videos for metabolism detailed enough for the MCAT?

I'm thinking of watching 4 of their metabolism playlists. Specifically I wanna watch:

1. Overview of Metabolism
2. Carbohydrate Metabolism
3. Krebs Cycle and Oxidative Phosphorylation
4. Fat and Protein Metabolism

Overall these four video playlists take about 6.5 hours to watch.

has anyone used these videos for the metabolism portion of biochemistry for the MCAT? Are they detailed enough and a good use of my time, or will I put in a few hours and not really gain much?

I'll probably watch them at 1.5x speed so I can save some time

It depends. Have you studied metabolism before? If so, these are probably a waste of time. If not, it's probably good to watch + you'll have to self-study for awhile to get these pathways down.
