Just go to the school that you feel more comfortable. I think you'll be surprised when you visit a lot of "religious" schools that they aren't really at all. You may have the occasional cross, but if that bothers you, I think you'll have a hard time in Medicine to start with.

Just visit some schools you're interested in and see if its something you can handle.
