some schools do, such as mine, but usually they are >5 yrs old and not very useful because the exam format varies overtime (ie, more vignettes, less short recall questions...)

i imagine this is completely school dependent. my school provides old exams for practice, but since professors sometimes change and curricula change they're not always relevant.
