What I mean by this is things like regional anatomy - course of X artery etc etc and pure physiology etc etc or are questions always clinically orientated?

There are some, but the majority have some sort of clinical case (typically unnecessary for answering the question).

They ask pure science qs in a clinically orientated way. For example, they can give you a scenario of an infectious illness, and then ask what is the MOA of the ABx that you should prescribe for this illness.
