Just trying to gauge whether or not the Qbank questions are tougher than the real deal. SOME, only some, of the details needed to answer the Qbank questions are minutiae it seems.

Pharm was easier on Step 1 compared to Uworld.
Ethics was harder on Step 1 compared to Uworld.
Anatomy was about the same.
Biochemistry was about the same.
Neurology - I cannot comment because my exam had very few questions.
Microbiology was about the same.
Embryo - I cannot comment because my exam had very few questions.
Repro - I do not remember a single Repro question.
Renal was about the same.
Behavioral Science was about the same.
Respiratory was slightly easier on Step 1.

Other notes:
I found the questions to be longer on Step 1 compared to Uworld. Step 1 had way more laboratory results to go through, but my exam was also very Anemia focused. I was doing 46 questions in Uworld in 48 mins, and when I was taking Step 1 I was having trouble answering all of my questions in 60 mins. Be prepared to read a lot faster on Step 1 compared to Uworld.
