Bonus paid quarterly on production. No specific Christmas/EOY bonus.

Typically throw big Christmas/EOY party for staff.

Everyone on my staff got a raise this year. Bonuses are 3 days pay or $500 through payroll, whichever is higher. I also give a separate gift, either something fun (one year Bose speakers) or $100 in cash.

Since I’m the boss, I got a big ol’ pay cut.

Practice gives quarterly bonuses.
