4 yr Army OMLs are not automatically rolled over to 3 yr OMLs as had been done in previous years. Please make sure to get with your recruiter if you are not picked up to get a new packet in for your 3 yr HPSP. Here is info from the HPSP program office:
"Our OMLs are good until 30 September. FY 2014 we did not rollover the 4
year dental but made them reboard. We had so many on the OML that it was
admin wise to ask those who were truly interested in HPSP to reboard.
I will assume we will do that again this year. The decision has not been
made yet.
Applicant should go over his file and see if he can punch up
his LOAs or motivational statement on his UF 1094. If he has started dental
school at the time he boards see if he can get something in writing on how
he is progressing, i.e. transcript or letter from instructors. It just depends on
when he boards. Board as early as possible in FY 2015."
