It's been a long time since I posted on SDN but find myself looking for some guidance.

I'm a MC officer in the ARNG (board certified, family medicine), going on title 10 orders. I'm trying to make sense of the specialty pays to have an idea of what I'm going to be paid, and also to make sure I'll receive all I am entitled when I go on orders. Looking at the 2017 pay tables it looks like something changed in 2017.

Anyways I find myself knowing less than I thought I did and would like some guidance to point me in the right direction. Please help.

looks like there's not much familiarity here-- do you have any ARNG colleagues or contacts that could help?

It should be the exact same per month as an active duty doc with your qualifications (prorated by portion of year activated)

What does your pay/incentive nco say?
