*Started my shadowing with optometrist

Took OAT after few Post-Bac courses in 2013:

Due to family circumstances, had to pause my optometry dream and started work in IT. (2013)

Quit my job in 12/31/2016 and started studying for OAT in 2017.
*Resumed my shadowing with same optometrist.
Studied 4 months straight and took OAT on 4/13/2017.
330 AA
330 SA

Took 2 summer courses through 5/2017 ~ 8/2017.

Submitted OptomCas on 08/16.
Verified on 08/18.

Completed all the supplemental applications as soon as I received emails from the schools.

Guys, I really thought I had really small chance to even compete with other students when I was just browsing this website. But so far I got 5 interviews! I gave up my reliable-high paying career for optometry because it was my dream and I thought I would regret if I don't even try. I am very nervous and excited for the upcoming interviews. I want to say don't give up!
