Not a self-promotional post. Friedberg seems like a hack but his method is somewhat well known and oft-cited.

If you read his most cited article carefully you will see that he does some fairly significant procedures in office-based plastic surgery, requiring general anesthesia, using ketafol, some of which last a good three or four hours.

The upshot of Friedberg's method is that he does not use any kind of airway. I tell it like it is -- general anesthesia without an airway -- but it sounds like sometimes this is sold to the patients as somewhat less than a GA and therefore appealing (and misleading).

Just thought it was interesting that the first and only post from "1thing" is this little garbage blurb.
