asking more LOR than needed, how to tell writers that you have enough LOR

I asked more LOR than I needed, should I email these writers back to tell them that I have enough, I lost some of their emails, and since I asked them since the beginning of my third year, I don't know if they still remember it?

I personally wouldn't bother. If they remember to write you letters, great. If not, no worries.
