the vast vast vast majority of people providing LCSW positions are other LCSW's....you want to contact people in that network. It typically doesn't pay nearly enough per hour for a psychiatrist to do it(and a lot of psychiatrists arent trained or qualified to do it anyways)......

there are plenty of people willing to do supervision to individuals for 40-50 dollars an hour(some even less). A psychiatrist isnt going to work for that.
