Currently doing a MBS program where I can take dental courses along with dental students. Assuming I do well (3. 8 - 4.0) what are my chances at schools at like UW, UPenn, Harvard, UCSF?

    Undergrad GPA: 3.2
    DAT: 20 AA
    18 TS
    (planning on retaking my DAT)

Currently doing research and planning on getting published sometime next year (before submitting applications)

Call the schools to get a realistic answer.
With a higher DAT score (22+on all sciences) and a publication, you could get an interview for UPenn. Havard will be tough to get. Are you doing a thesis in your MBS program? That may be an issue if not...

So I'm not doing the thesis option, but I am planning on continuing my research I started this semester well into next year and eventually get published.

For schools like that my guess is you will need to retake your DAT.
