I have a nice furnished condo on I-85 at exit 93 just south of I-285. The lease is open and the community is gated and easily accessible. It has 2 beds and 2 baths on 2 levels. There is a pool and a weight room in the complex and in a very safe area. I have plenty of pics of the place if anyone is interested. Rent is $1025/mo and water and trash is included. Doorside parking is always available. I'm renting from a very nice lady that has been very helpful and wants to get another med student in her place that will take good care of it.
