I am not sure but I think you gonna have to apply through KCOM. it might be one of those schools that have only one Adcom for both campus.

well then, how are people going to know how to apply? or is it one of those under the radar type of things that you have to dig deep to find?

Here's another thread on the same topic: new schools. I've been wondering what's up with Mesa and NY, too... I sent KCOM admissions an email to ask but I think I'll just drop a call to the Mesa campus tomorrow (it's local). I'll report back if/when I hear anything.

at AACOM.ORG if you look at the list of tuition they list KCOM and the MESA campus seperately. Perhaps this is a sign that they will be accepting apps very soon.
