ATSU-KCOM vs NYITCOM(Long Island)

Help me choose which school from these two is a better fit for me. I heard that NYIT has high attrition rates but it's close to home so my family will be near me. I will still have to rent an apartment so it might be a bit pricy. KCOM is the founding DO school and housing there will be much cheaper. However, I'll be really far from family.
