Do you think it works to listen to AO while sleeping? My friend gave me his cd yesterday, so i really dont have time during the day to listen to it, so i figured id see if it would work while i sleep.

listen to it during commutes. I spend 10-20 hours commuting on the subway in NY and that is when I always listen to it.

put it on an mp3 player for better portability!

While sleeping? Nah, I tried that. Doesn't really work for me. I need to pay attention while I listen to those cd's, so it's kinda hard to do that while attempting to fall asleep. I don't think you'd retain much if you managed to fall asleep anyway. It's not the type of cd that'll brainwash you with info like that.
