Audio Osmosis Users

For those of you that have used audio osmosis I was hoping you could give me your take. I will be driving across country this summer. I have listened to a few of the gen chem,ochem, and physics lectures. For those lectures I need to have the book in front of me to follow along. Do you think the bio lectures will be useful to listen to in a car without having the book to follow? I am trying to figure out if I should try to listen to them over the drive.

The only AO lectures I ended up using were the bio lectures. I had the same issue with the others (too many formuals, etc., to learn by tape).

I DO feel that the bio lectures helped.
