Exactly. My view is that if you think you will score significantly higher in August, then the delay is worth it. Sure, in any rolling system the earlier applications have an advantage. But high scores always do better than early scores.
if you were smart, u would have sent in your primary already before aug scores came out. then when they came out, at least u would have all ur secondaries ready to go.
if you dont have the financial support, you still shuold have completed the primary and applied to a single school to at least get ur primary processed. then when ur scores come, u can add schools easily and start getting secondaries.
if u did NOT send in the primary, transcripts, or anything else and waited for aug scores, i don';t know what to tell you. your app probably wont complete until late november or early december and will be very very late in the cycle.
