Does anyone know if an MCAT score can be updated after submission of the AMCAS? I already took it last August but didn't do as well as I hoped. I'm planning to take it again this August. If I apply this June, I will be using my old score. Can I update it with my new score when I get it in late October?

This June, you will initially be applying with your August 2004 score. However, the AMCAS has a section that asks whether you'll be taking the MCAT again, which is where you indicate yes. Then when your score comes out in October, the schools will automatically receive your new score.
