I'm leaving Boston to start school in August and my apartment in Brookline is available for sublet. I'm flexible with dates and furniture. Rent will be $750 a month plus around ~$50 in utilities. Walking distance to Longwood Medical Area but there is also a bus that stops in front of the apartment and goes right to Brigham. Also close to the C/D lines in a great area. Roommates are laid back and friendly. Spacious room, kitchen, living room and storage area. PARKING IS AVAILABLE right behind the apartment.
