Australia or US for dentistry??

I'm a dentist from India and I want to practice dentistry abroad. Actually I'm confused whether which country should be selected for pursuing dentistry. Is Australia equivalent to US when compared to dentistry? Which is the best option so that i can focus on one country?

Can you take out loans? Pretty sure you have to do the IDP thing in USA which is costly

I'm just looking for a councillor as there are many ways to get through but i basically want a appropriate way starting from transcripts to residence, loan, universities every detail as the expenditure will be quite high.
